Son transferred tickets to me. I get oops error when I tried to accept. We have tried all the suggestions on the website, we have emailed several times and they reply with the transfer was completed. But when we log in to Ticketmaster the transfer account says pending and the receiving account has nothing in it.
Won’t let me accept ticket’s I purchase because of email on hand please resolve this issue for me please and thank you email is ajdidon@***.com
I had helped a friend to order 2 tickets for Lauren Daigle on October 28th. Within 48 hours my friend received some bad news within family had re occurrence of Cancer. When I went through the process to request credit it was declined. I am really ticked User’s recommendation: Recommendation? Ticket Master is fraud.
