Doesn’t work on mambook Big Sur 11.1

Started to work after initial incompatibility message stopped downloading half way through and then stopped I ejected the stick turned off computer and restarted This time the message was incompatible with windows apps and would not work. Not happy about having to pay to get technical help User’s recommendation: Stay away.

Worst customer service ever! They do nit return emails. I want to return my device but cannot get a response. Would not recommend buying from them because of their lousy customer service!
