My money is not returned

I have to make a smart card and the jnt tells me that I have to pay RM500 and the return will be given back to me after 10 minutes. When the payer is settled. I’m waiting for 3 days and now just give bluetick to our personal chat User’s recommendation: Please be honest in every request.
