Dear Olivia, I received my Photostick, but had some difficulties with it. It kept saying " it appears this is not a TPS device please insert TPS device to continue." I worked with your tech support and they came to the conclusion to return it. I am an old Vietnam vet, and not to tech savvy like the young kids. I am following the return for refund guidelines on your site. I am using the same shipping envelope to insure it is protected. I am sorry our business together couldn't work out. Im sure its probably due to my inexperience. Sincerely, Douglas N. McMillion 619915****
