I am so pissed. I am trying to send my boyfriend gift cards for his birthday and u have cancelled my order twice. I called my credit card company and it’s all on your end. You suck! I will never *** order from u again! User’s recommendation: Don’t use this company.

Wasn’t able to reach company via phone or email

I had a problem getting the two factor verification via my email and because of that I was unable to Log into my account. I needed to change my email account to make it work. They got back to me via BBB. User’s recommendation: Yes but it took some doing to get in touch with them.
