Unethical billing, rude and condescending treatment of the disabled, unprofessional and dysfunctional office operations, uncaring, insensitive and mean-spirited employees.

I was lied to, abused by office staff, put off by the doctor and treated rudely and disrespectfully while being expected to kiss up, pay a lot of money, and put up with scheduling problems and cancellations, billing problems and no accountability, and customer relations problems with utterly rude workers trying to implement a new and impersonal...
