Not Delivering the parcel and Lying

Driver didn’t deliver the parcel (Book) sent from Wolter Kluwer. First time didn’t send any message, didn’t call, didn’t leave any notice. Forging Signatures, Holding Product hostage at there office and poor Management from the Hunstville/Bracebridge Location.

Worst Customer service We have ever experienced in our life. -Driver Leaving paper packages out side in the rain. -Driver Forging other people signatures. -Management not willing to return phone calls or messages. -Management Holding product hostage at office. – User’s recommendation: Go With Purolater/ UPS or different courier.
