Talktalk took over my free tiscali.co.uk email without consulting me and now want to charge me or cancel it User’s recommendation: do not trust talktalk.
Both my phone services and internet and lass than reliable. When alerting them, they say they run a test and will get back to me and never do. Yet the problems remain unresolved. When asking for compensation, they say they will get back to me and never do. Like talking to a brick wall – totally pointless....

The service keep not working. I complained twice about it asking for compensation for the time lost, I am promised twice a call back which never happens. Meanwhile the service keeps cutting out. Avoid like the plague User’s recommendation: do not use talktal.
I can’t use international call from my landline phone for a long time. Everything is connected properly.
I want to cancel the internet service in my home! Its too expensive for only internet! I not have the telephone lane , and Tv lane or mobile lane from TalkTalk! I cant keep the contact with the costumer service, because needs I give this numbers, dont axing about the internet or account number!
