Unable to gain access after loss of details

Talk Talk contacted me. And through a text support system I was able to sort out some personal details to gain access to my account and carry out all of my concerns. User’s recommendation: Was better to do it this way if you’ve forgotten details.

Cannot get thought to talktalk by email why
