Engineer didn’t turn up

I cancelled a day out to wait in for the engineer. Im absolutely disgusted that not even a call to let me know he wasnt coming. Im thinking of leaving because I cant even get in touch with you. User’s recommendation: Don’t use talk talk.

Cannot contact them from outside UK

Hi, Thanks for following up. I was trying to set up and internet connection for my mother in UK (I am in SA), but it seems impossible from here, so I got someone else to set it up from the UK. Maybe it’s just not possible from UK.
