TalkTalk did not reply to my email so I called and after two long phone calls the error was finally resolved. User’s recommendation: remain patient and vigilant.
I would like to stop a cancellation. I would like to stay with TALKTALK. I’ve been in touch with the other supplier and cancelled the order.
