Internet not working since Tuesday 28th and still not fixed! It’s in RG30 Reading

The Internet down since 1pm Tue 28th and the issue is still not resolved. Will we be charged less for no service? It was down for 2.5 days a month ago as well . Do not wish to be paying for no service User’s recommendation: Unreliable.
