Update by user Jun 24, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Supercuts said they are mailing me a check today for $7 so I am now satisfied with their response. The franchisee was very responsive. I will be returning there to get my haircut in the future.. Original review posted...

Pearland location by Home Depot your Styles is cutting hair while on her cell phone the entire time. A 15 min hair cut takes 45 minute. If she got off her phone it would be better First time coming since nobody is open but this never seen this before
