Update by user Jun 24, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Supercuts said they are mailing me a check today for $7 so I am now satisfied with their response. Pearland location by Home Depot your Styles is cutting hair while on her cell phone the entire time. A 15 min hair cut takes 45 minute. If she got off her phone it would be better First time coming since nobody is open but this never seen this before
