Service stinks in Madison Maine

Store open to 1 customer at a time. Service Reps. unhelpful coverage also stinks, used to be the best in Maine not anymore spread the word.!!!!!!! User’s recommendation: Do not be a customer.

The Galaxy 11 cell phone quoted at $46.00/mo. – Lots of charges

US cell service has stated “no hidden charges” and to have 1 rate of $46.00/mo. The statement added on taxes, charges for “Useage Charges” (for directory assist), 911 fees, and other charges to come. I haven’t seen other cell carriers do that. TOTALLY UNFAIR!!!

My bank actt has been deducted for 43.00 a month since 1st of November when I lost my x phone. I called perry.iowa store told them.it was lost and not to auto deduct any more payments.

I wnt my payments returned to my bank acct. Immediatly . I had an employee in chicago o. Phone yesterday he would not let me talk to supervisor. And would not tell me anything at all.
