A low quality printer was delivered to me. I sent it back. After repeated calls, I was informed that the printer was indeed damaged and would be replaced. Promised to send a new one. Sent on Friday - the same and still "ride" on top of me that I do not know how to install. This morning I seemed to be heard again and promised to call me back. I can't expect anything.
