Our cable and internet went out on Saturday 5/15/21 due to an outage because of a blown amplifier. I reported the lack of service next morning. In the Town of Morrilton, AR suddenlink has become a nightmare to say the least. Using both Phone or internet chat, you can never get a problem addressed, and never fix or repaired as well. poor quality item

A low quality printer was delivered to me. I sent it back. After repeated calls, I was informed that the printer was indeed damaged and would be replaced. Promised to send a new one. Sent on Friday - the same and still "ride" on top of me that I do not know how to install. This morning I seemed to be heard again and promised to call me back. I can't expect anything.
