District Manager was very rude

My van had broke down in the Niles Ohio drive through 10 min before closing. I called several towing companies and was told they were short-handed due to the holiday and couldn’t tow it till 8 am. Waited in drive through for 50 minutes. My burger was not and has not been up to “old” standards. You may consider car hops again!! Teach your cooks to GRILL THE BUNS SO THE BURGER ACTUALLY FEELS HO

Lousy service and food

I called the local steak and shake 5 times at different times and there was never a manager there. I then called the corporate office number and guess what they are no longer open. User’s recommendation: Don’t go.
