I went to order food. And soon as i got my food and made it home the sandwich had a nice big bite out of it. I called the office and they stated a employee was eating on the line and layed the sandwich down and it got placed in my bag. I was very hungry

Went through the drive-through had horrible service call to talk to the manager was told The manager wasn’t there call back tomorrow

I believe our shakes were messed with we threw them out instead of eating them call to talk to the manager was told the manager was not on site will never go to steak and shake again
