Purchased a bike from JensonUSA Rocky Mountain fusion 40 29er6/17/2021. Its equip with sram sram SX components 12x. Finally had time to use it 6/29/2021 for the first time and sram sx totally failed , mid ride shifter stopped shifting to ANY gear at all . Stuck in 11speed and wont go up or down at all. It was an embarrassing ride thinking it would perform properly and very disappointed. So my question is , whats the warranty for this particular shifter (sram SX 12x shifter)? User's recommendation: Great product BUT not fully satisfied with sram SX.
