I engaged in chat with Spectrum to find out why my service was off and I had just paid a new month, found out they had given my phone number to someone else, leaving me high and dry! And they still expect more payments! User’s recommendation: They don’t deserve any business.
Intermittent outages, been going on for over a week and 1/2! Problems include no internet. Internet cuts off for no reason, Internet comes and goes, sound issues where speech just guits, while person speaking, their lips contuine to move, and for no reason, changes to volume or sound levels occurs. .
