I know ALL big companies are guilty of *** service now but Spectrum is in a class all by itself. Every time I called they put me on hold for over 45 minutes…If you need decent service duck this company…Just sayin
I am having the same issue with the spectrum representative suggesting Apple TV. Once it was received and I put it together it wasnt working properly so we made the decision that we were going to return it and speaking with Apple we were told that it could not be with return if spectrum didnt take it....

We loose service everytime it rains 3 tech have come by stating it’s outside on the pole but nothing get resolved. No help from customer service at all!!! User’s recommendation: Avoid Spectrum.
Constant Interrupted service for weeks on end with no technical support from Spectrum.Spectrum is absolutely the worst cable provider of the big three.class action suits and government probes surely must be in the works.Spectrum is a thief charging for services that are not being provided
