Internet/customer service

The rudest most disgusting person/representative I ever spoke with. Escalated allegedly but havent heard back from anyone at spectrum. Internet down for over a week. Spectrum has some good people but some of the worst and corporate doesnt care about their customers! User’s recommendation: Try ATT first.

I have been with Specturm since they took over Time Warner. Specturm increases your bill without notice,you have to inquire as to why it happen.The Spectrum app on the Roku TV and devices are inop.

Need to cancel cable

I’m paying to much for cable..it’s more then any bill I have besides rent &;;; it’s ridiculous- I’m barely home..I work 60 hours a week ..it’s not needed! Plus it ain’t even none of the good channelscancel my cable please &amp;amp;amp; ty!

Unable to get senior citizens discount for internet service

i cannot get a senior citizens discount without cutting it off for 30 days which is unfair to me . i us my internet daily and that is unfair,i have been with spectrum for 6 years.my spouse passed away and i only have one check a month, They need to help the older customers
