The customer service workers were very nice he helped me as much as he can and gave me information that I could try and use I think the customer service rep very much for all his help

No sound from tablet have done paper, just wont to make sure im sending it off yo yhe right place to get it fixed User’s recommendation: Call they will help you as much as they can.
