It’s sad when you spend a few thousand dollars but have to fight for a couple hundred issued into a southwest travel card, and still don’t receive it. The most terrible cashier seen at Lido-Spice (named Karina). All normal, much little kind, but this one never smiles, terribly unkind, even rude. Australian practically does not speak. the refund is usually thrown rather than given. disgusted even to go there.
