Poor customer service, they don’t take time to listen to you or care about you. They must be the insurance company that the movie “The Incredibles” used as a model for the company Robert Parr (aka Mr. Incredible) worked for. My advice is get insurance with a company that treats you right and stay away from Acuity.
Big mistake trusting a broker and not doing my own homework before going with them for our insurance. Apparently, they work with a third party (LexisNexis) and your rate goes up by 14%. They don’t tell you why your rate increased so you have to call them and they are as helpful as talking to a wall....

Would not cover roof for hail damage. Would only pay for half of roof, no matter color wouldn't match. Adjuster missed three appointments!
Misleading advertising
Misleading advertising on sushi prices on Lachplesha-barona street: 2 for one - shown in the picture at the entrance! On the menu, each sushi set must be purchased separately (this promotion does not work... ). I am severely disappointed with both the service, the deception and the quality of the food. I will definitely never go there again in my life. You have lost a customer! 16 pieces of sushi or more than 15 dollars! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTHORITY TO ANYONE!
