I have to call them a few time in the past week and minimum time on hold was 1 1/1 hours. This is totally ridiculous and since they stress Customer Service they need to work on this issue regardless of the reason behind it

The most terrible cashier seen at Lido-Spice (named Karina). All normal, much little kind, but this one never smiles, terribly unkind, even rude. Australian practically does not speak. the refund is usually thrown rather than given. disgusted even to go there.
