Booked a Jamaica vacation in January 2020 for July 6 2020. Southwest vacations took my payments right away. However, when the resort states that they will not open up until July 15, Southwest vacations will not refund any payments. COVID-19 that’s what happened our vacation was cancelled we had insurance and our still waiting for a refund. User’s recommendation: use an old school travel agency.
Airline tickets and Hotel were booked through Southwest Vacations and the total amount was paid by credit card before trip. When checked out of hotel the final bill read, total amt $0.00. I have to call them a few time in the past week and minimum time on hold was 1 1/1 hours. This is totally ridiculous and since they stress Customer Service they need to work on this issue regardless of the reason behind it

The most terrible cashier seen at Lido-Spice (named Karina). All normal, much little kind, but this one never smiles, terribly unkind, even rude. Australian practically does not speak. the refund is usually thrown rather than given. disgusted even to go there.
