I have been trying to cancel my vacation package for 3 days and get response.
Southwest keeps changing my vacation itinerary without my permission. I call ask for SUPERVISOR have never spoken to a SUPERVISOR yet! Very upset.

The most terrible cashier seen at Lido-Spice (named Karina). All normal, much little kind, but this one never smiles, terribly unkind, even rude. Australian practically does not speak. the refund is usually thrown rather than given. disgusted even to go there.
