Very low quality products. I bought one of theors dehumidifier. Used approx 10 times in one season. And then packed put it storage. I tried to use after one year. It wont collect any water. I ordered exhaust hoses and filter for a model Lx140/140bl The whole order was wrong. I made the filter fit by grinding it. The hoses are left thread and I need right and now I’m told you don’t have them and no return policy. order 122237. Very poor for an american company.! User’s recommendation: do not buy.
I asked Soleusair where I could get my unit repaired. Their response was to ask when and where my unit was purchased. I supplied that information and their response was that contracts had been terminated between companies.I would not User’s recommendation: I would not buy this product.
Compressor went out in the dehumidifier after a year and a half after purchase. Warranty still good but every number I call that is listed by SoleusAir either is bogus or they keep making me run around and Im sick of it. User’s recommendation: Don’t Buy.
A 2 years ago in 2019 we bought a dehumidifier model #HMT-D70E-A and weve taken proper care of it by cleaning the filter and constant maintenance and it ran for a year perfectly.
