Unable to get a refund for CRAP hotel

Ive been trying to work with SnapTravel to get a refund for weeks! We used their service to get a hotel room and the photos are completely deceiving! We refused to stay there. SnapTravel keeps giving us the run around on getting a refund. Help!!! User’s recommendation: Don’t use them.
