I cancelled my hotel reservation before deadline, but didn’t get refunded.

SnapTravel is a fraud. I cancelled my reservation the day after I made reservation, before the deadline, but SnapTravel charged my credit card and didn’t refund me. I called them almost 20 times with my cancellation number, but either is no answer or lies that they are sorry and they are going to refund me, never happened.... Read more➤

Lack of Customer service assistance

I wanted to change my reservation dates and it says I cant because my reservation is non refundable. I dont want a damn refund I just want the dates changed!! I will never use them again. User’s recommendation: Don’t use this company.

Booking mistake

My credit card was charged to the super 8 motel in Ferndale WA for days that I want staying. I have tried getting ahold of people to fix this issue but have yet to hear anything or have it fixed.
