My India ink headphones are not even 2 months old 3 month old and no one can hear me talkin

My headphones are actually very nice, but they are loosing sound, no one can make sense of what i say in justca little background noise, also the right ear bud always dies too soon. I still like them.

Resolved: Refund of payment

Update by user Apr 23, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They eventually sent a refund, but I had to pay 10 UK pounds postage which I believe is poor service because headphones were faulty. They made sound like they were doing me a favour.
