Tired of donating

Process is poor. Too much redundancy with questions. Rapid pass would be rapid if they would ask all questions then scan my pass at entrance. Poor service

Inaccuracies in window production, unfinished work, incorrectly designed documents, work delays. More often you have to call the office to achieve something. Communication with the client is unacceptable (Sandra Е arma was especially uncultured). We will contact the CRPC to find a solution. Then came and did. Now again, there are problems with windows and the necessary regulation, but the reception from the office is not, only reservations.
