Well because I’d like to listen to music in both ears

Ill be returning these tomorrow. I followed all videos and instructions on how to have both earbuds work and they dont. I cant listen to music out of both ears the dumbest thing ever. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.

Headphones dont hold charge

The headphones don’t hold a charge for more then an hour (while playing pandora) now with other apps I havnt noticed a change so idk if their defective or maybe theirs something wrong with pandora where its draining my battery idk

Service call

1 ear bud not lasting more than 2 hours. Call handled well with no issues. Referred me to Amazon to get a replacement. User’s recommendation: use the products. they are great.
