Trouble reaching skull candy by email to exchange headphones!

I’ve contacted you once with no luck! I bought some headphones and the pivots on the Skullcandy headphones broke then behind that it will not sync up. I need help I was trying to reach some mail help to send it to the right location but I’ve had no response, please help!
