I booked airport shuttle with them found on arrival that they never send reservation to shuttle company. They never answered the phone 45 minutes to rectify this . Very bad Please do not book your airport shuttle wh then make sure when you are online that you are booking directly with shuttle company

We made reservations 2 days prior to our departure. 10 minutes before scheduled pickup, they canceled and gave us no help to find another ride. Funny they can cancel 10 minutes before pickup but consumer must give 24 hour notice or be charged. It will be interesting to see if they even give me the promised refund.
