Almost ruined our vacation and cost us $$$$

After careful planning and booking our family vacation we booked them for a ride to the airport. BIG mistake! I called the day before giving them careful directions to the house and gate code as our pick up was 4:55 am. Next morning 5:40 am no van no driver (there were 14 of us traveling, 9 in the van). They couldn’t find him and when they did he was rude and said it wasn’t his fault he was lost and late or that we may miss our flights. That is his JOB! We had to jump into our own cars and drive to the airport and just made our flight. They said that they would issue a refund... NO REFUND No REMORSE. Save yourself the aggravation and do not use Shuttlefare or GO airport shuttle.
