I prepaid for shuttle from airport in Atlanta to my hotel downtown. The shuttle never showed up and after an hour of waiting I took another company's shuttle in. When I called the driver I was forwarded to a voicemail and he never called back. I tried to call the company for a refund and left a voicemail and they never called back. This company is a scam and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
