Inadequate pay and management attitude
I would like to warn anyone who evaluates or sends their application for a vacancy or not that this is not the case the best place to work for the minimum wage, because the workload and requirements are not only inadequate to the offered salary, but also impossible, because management tries to squeeze everything possible, not to mention the employee's need for food, rest and communication with colleagues. A realistic temporary option, perhaps, is not bad either, but it is definitely not worth staying here for a long time, because the system is rigid, unhealthy, not to mention the ubiquitous influence of the Soviet era. p>
