Far too long to wait for a prescription

I went in Shoppers Drug Mart located on Lawrence at Don Mills to get a prescription filled for my Mom. I was told it would take 30 mins. Approx. 2 hours later it was finally filled ,this is when there was 15 people working behind the counter. Funny how you can go to another drug chain and be in and out in a few minutes
