Shark mop

I have only had my mop for maybe a year and today i was mopping and it caught on fire! Glad I u nm plugged it and it wasn’t near fabric User’s recommendation: I have bought 2 steam mops and have had problems with both but never fire yikes.

My vacuum has lost suction on second use

I loved the vacuum for the first use it did everything as advertised but once I used it for the second time mid use it started making this crazy sound and lost suction and I emptied the dust bowl and cleaned off brush roll and still no suction and it makes a noise still aswell
