Shark Vertex Cordless Duo is a good vacuum, works well, handy but the durability is questionable. I have one for 6 months only and stopped working properly . $114.00 to fix. No warranty. Won’t buy again. User’s recommendation: Buy an extended warranty and ask about coverage.
The website or box said nothing about cleaning carpet. I wanted to know if it would do tile and carpet. User’s recommendation: So far it works fine. The canister looks dirty after every use, so it works!
Shark got back to me but they no longer manufacture this model and have no extra parts. Suggested i go on Amazon but to no avail. Will have to buy a used model for a part or scrap it I guess.
