Quite some time ago I asked for a replacement sharkvac cause the one I received did not work, did the video with agent to show wasnt working he said there would be another one sent out 2-3 weeks.nearly 2 months later found they canceled it due to the agent did not get the label of the machine....

the front roller on my 5 month old shark vacuum broke and they wouldnt fix it under the waranty.claimed it was wear..we vacuum a 16×20 rug and thats all..so if any part broke it would be attributed to wear and tear… User’s recommendation: no do not buy a shark vacuum.
