Battery wont charge

Customer service rep. did a fine job. Sad, that I couldn’t get that discount on a new battery pack for my shark. I guess, I will just be in the market for a new vacuum, since the battery cost 1/2 of the cost of a new vacuum…don’t know which brand I will choose.p
