Poor service
A video recorder and some shelves were ordered. Order N: 7640054. With Delivery to Cirkle K DUS. I receive an SMS that a message has arrived at the gas station. Only the video recorder came, I asked for the shelves, they didn't know anything. A call to 110.shop, there said that the shelves would arrive later, and that they were waiting for another SMS about delivery. I waited a week, did not wait... I called 110.shop again, asked about the status of the order, because the status on the website was - delivered... They said to ask the gas station staff again... I came to the gas station, I asked the staff, they said there was no consensus for me. I called 110.shop again and asked where my order is... there for 3-5 minutes I explained something, and finally said that Cirkle K did not accept shelves, due to the large dimensions, and that now my order is in the Warehouse, Daugavgriva 114. I offered delivery for the night, which did not suit me, and I had to drive from Teika to Ilguciems, under the shelves. I understand thatif everything was organized better, 110.shop staff would contact me about the change of delivery method, and I could receive the shelves earlier. It was very unpleasant, not to mention the paid delivery.
