Thank you Complaints Board. After four months Air Senegal actually refunded me for the stolen goods. I must thank Mr. Mall Sall of Air Senegal and Mr. Toure in Senegal for making sure a thorough follow-up was done. It helps to follow-up these matters and I know some people give up along the way, I did not! I was determined and as such managed to get heard. The payment was not what I expected, but it was better than nothing and of most importance is the fact that Air Senegal know that they cannot take their clients for granted!!!
