Sent me the WRONG PRODUCT!! THE BOX WAS BUSTED UPEN NO PAPERWORK NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!

I ordered the foam side rails for our queen size two air chambers. Instead the girl on the phone sent me a box with nothing in it but a round roll . With no side rails as our old bed sides are breaking down!!! No paper work no instructions just a User’s recommendation: *** no!!
