I ordered the foam side rails for our queen size two air chambers. Instead the girl on the phone sent me a box with nothing in it but a round roll . With no side rails as our old bed sides are breaking down!!! No paper work no instructions just a User’s recommendation: *** no!!

The remote never worked correctly, the formation of the bed is very cheap and will not last long. I had my last select comfort for 18 years and it was fantastic. Even at the end it worked better than this 2600.00 one does.
I changed the batteries in the remote then the bed wpnt inflate tried tocall customer service was on hold for 10 minutes heard the phone ring thru then was hung up on tried again and no answer i finally gave up like they wanted most likely. This is the first complaint i ever filed the casper etc...
