This company SUX!!! They charge HIGHWAY robbery prices for phone calls and video chats with loved ones who are incarcerated. Their technology FREQUENTLY malfunctions and instead of them admitting it, and trying to fix it by issuing a credit, they prefer not to respond, because they already know you’re not going to stop purchasing phone time with... You can NEVER talk to a live operator for issues

I had 2 seperate video visits on thursday 7/8/21. First one he couldnt see me, the guard said he was calling securus and nothing happened. The second one was cut short from an amber alert. I want both refunded please User’s recommendation: I have no recommendations im at a loss of words.
