Regal unlimited account

When purchasing tickets using my phone for me and my husband, he is not garnering any points under his unlimited pass, why. And I only get points for one ticket, not the 2 that I purchase.

Money was taken out of my account when I was last at the movies and it was already taken for the month.

When we were last at the movie I was having trouble getting tickets and the manager helped but he took another payment out of my account. I have tried to email with no reply and still not available by phone!!!!
