No record of transaction after taking funds from my account

I placed an order for two riding mower blades and a new mower belt. as I was entering my personal info and credit card info, before checking out my order was not processed and 95.15 was taken from my account and they have no record of the transaction. very frustrating after 4 calls to their customer service....
